I am not based in the same city. How would you implement?

Whilst our offices are based in the Gold Coast and we love to work face to face with you, our clients are all over Australia. Put simply, we can implement your best practice HR system anywhere. In a small business, the last thing you need is ‘HR’ taking up all your time and we include ourselves in that bucket too. Based on your need, we can and do, use Skype and phone calls to understand your business and needs and then implement and train on-line. By reducing our (and your!) face to face hours, we are able to reduce our costs, and still deliver quality service.

How long will it take?

Generally, we can get you up and running within a couple of weeks. Any additional time, will come from your availability to provide the information we need and to hand-over the systems.

What if I don’t ‘get it’ when you do the hand-over?

Just call us! We encourage all our clients past and present, to call and ask a question. Any time. 5-minute ‘how-do-I’ calls are never charged.

What Awards are covered?

If you have purchased the full compliance package, our partner lawyers will provide advice from any Modern Award for up to 5 categories. If you need more; it’s no problem! The legal team will let you know up front, what it will cost.

What kind of industry is this offer for?

Are there any ongoing fees?

There are no ongoing HR fees. The system that we implement however, does have a $5 per user ongoing access fee payable to the employment law firm to ensure that all documents are consistently maintained and any changes to legislation are incorporated. This means that every single time you use one of the documents, it is the latest version and incorporates any legislation changes….ongoing peace of mind for you and your business!

My problem was the inefficiency of paper based systems. Previously, we also had an old calendar on the wall of the office to show what times people were away. The new system saves us a bucket-load of time. I saw everything as a big risk to the business. Now we can generate an employment contract, and give our staff ongoing system access to our policies and procedures.

This was something I knew our business absolutely needed. The best outcome was better staff engagement. We also have a great on-boarding process for new staff – making us look more professional and that we have an organised HR system. Finally – efficiency and transparency. We’re spending a lot less time managing staff leave, and everyone knows where they stand.

The Business Foundation Package is for businesses with a maximum 20 employees. The Award and Pay Advice includes up to 5 categories of pay rates. We are happy to quote for additional team members and categories; just book a call with us, to let us know what you want to achieve.
The HR Information system has ongoing fees of $5 per user (employee) per month, payable directly to the employment lawyer owners.
